Last year, STARC Aquitaine has organized a day of free tests on the track of Nogaro. After this first success, STARC organized a new time, 2 days of free tests for all Alpine and Renault Sport cars the 24th and 25th of may 2003.


More than 100 people were registered thru AlpineRenault.com web site. Among them, 60 came. More than 50 others joined us. The bad weather wasn't a problem for many of them. All the people was very exciting of these 2 rainy days.

For many of them, this was the opportunity to test themselves in full save conditions. For the others, these 2 days were an opportunity to test the last evolution of their sport cars.

2 Clio Sport V6 Phase II on the track. The bleue was the pace car.

It's very important to note here that without the safety rules bserved bye every people, these meeting couldn't be organized. Thank you all.

Several protos : BSH 1600cc, Alpine A110 with a Spider Trophy engine, Alpine A310, and a very special Fiat 500 proto powered by a Renault 21 engine.

Fast or not, all drivers were enjoyed ! And it was the only ambition of STARC Aqutaine for this meeting.

These drivers are always together... They work together during the week, they race together the weekend too !

One of the last Spider in difficult situation... and a Fior very weel driven !

STARC Aquitaine thanks among all Alpine and Renault Sport cars, the several members of the clubs APAR, CABACO, R5 GT Turbo Club, and RAPNC.

After this real success, sure we will try to organized next year, perharps with some modifications, a new weekend of tests at Nogaro.
